All bookings made through Ceylux Travels are subject to availability. You agree to pay for the services at the time of booking. Payment is due in full, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service. Cancellations must be made within the specified timeframe to receive a refund. Any non-refundable fees will not be reimbursed.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents (e.g., passport, visa) are valid and in your possession before your departure. Ceylux Travels is not liable for any travel disruptions due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
Ceylux Travels acts as an intermediary for travel providers, such as airlines and hotels, and is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during travel. We encourage you to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
Requests for changes to bookings must be made at least [X] days before departure. We will attempt to accommodate your changes, but additional charges may apply.
Ceylux Travels is not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
You agree to use our website and services in a lawful manner and not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services or website.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top.
